Anna Maria Transfer to Mitchell Application

In consideration of the undertaking by the Office of Admission to process this information, the applicant agrees that the information furnished on the Application for Admission form, together with all information on materials of any kind received by the Office of Admission from any source, or prepared by anyone at its request, shall be, to the extent permitted by federal law, completely confidential and shall not be disclosed to anyone, including the candidate and family, except that the Chief Enrollment Officer may, for official purposes at his/her discretion, disclose any part or all thereof to such person or persons as he/she deems advisable.

Mitchell College reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant who, in the College’s judgment, does not qualify for admission. The College also reserves the right to require withdrawal of any student at any time of the year who does not satisfy the ideals of citizenship, character, or scholarship.

In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in its publications or any changes, and if accepted, in consideration thereof, I agree, so long as I am a student, to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in the publications and in the student handbook. I agree to accept and be bound by the provisions in those publications for the payment of all tuition fees, and charges for books and supplies, such obligation to survive my status as a student. I realize the publications and the student handbook may be changed by Mitchell College.

It is also agreed that the college has permission to use in its materials and promotions (printed and digital) any college photograph, audio/video, and/or transcripts/text of my words in which this applicant/student may appear, with or without the inclusion of their name.

I certify that all information submitted in the admission process – including the application, the personal essay, and any other supporting materials – is my own work, factually true, and honestly presented, and that these documents will become the property of Mitchell College and will not be returned to me. I understand that I may be subject to a range of possible disciplinary actions, including admission revocation, expulsion, or revocation of course credit, grades, and degree, should the information I have certified be false.

I understand that, prior to enrolling at Mitchell College, the following requirements must be met: satisfactory health clearance, satisfactory completion of all in-progress courses, receipt of final grades for this academic year comparable in quality to that upon which the offer was based, and verification of high school completion and honorable dismissal.
